Polish Speaking Compliance Administrator

Location: Trafford Park with flexibility for some working from home.

Permanent position

Salary; £20,000 per annum

40 hrs per week - Monday to Friday.

This is a long-term permanent position within a well-established and growing business.

The core hours will be 8am-5pm but we may be flexible around working times and the hours may include a mixture of evening work and weekend work.

We will be happy to discuss the potential shift patterns with all candidates who are interested in the role.

This role would provide an administration support to a busy recruitment team.

Some duties will include;

Accurate and timely validating of all candidates’ details and ensuring that all details are entered correctly onto the database.

Ensure adherence to Data Protection legislation and confidentiality procedures.

Maintenance of traditional application forms and inserts including filing.

Outbound emailing / calling and chasing of missing documents.

All other checks as and when required.
